- All steel construction -LASER CUT construction with NO VISIBLE WELDS!
- Sealed bearings roll in themselves as well as on the Machine Tool stripper bolt axles.
- We tested them to accuracy of 1/16 oz (a quarter of a square)
- Coated with our signature 7 Step powder coat finish.
- Can be used as a truing stand, You would need a dial indicator with a magnetic base or use a pencil and a spring clamp for approximate gauge.
- Standard Balancer comes with 1⁄2” tool steel rod and one Small Cone set (2 polyethylene cones 1⁄2” through 1”).
- Monster Balancer comes with 1/2” tool steel rod and 2 polyethylene cones 1⁄2” through 1” OR order it with our Extra Large cone set for a mounting diameter of 1.5" through 4.875", on heavy threaded Rod.
- Small and medium cones lock with set screws and provided allen wrench.
- Large and Extra Large cones use an included ACME threaded rod for securing the wheel.
- Level of the device does not affect the accuracy of the balancer. The wheel will always settle to the heaviest spot.

What people are saying about the Standard Balancer:
I plan on using Dynabeads for balancing my tires. If I use the paste that comes with your m/d bar, I am worried that the beads may stick to the paste following installation and not allow the beads to work as intended. Can you offer any other suggestions for installing without paste, or does the paste sort of dry out after a short time period?-------------------------- Dean, Dynabeads do not work on motorcycle tires despite their faithful followers opinions. They can't work and it has been proven in published tests in Motorcycle Consumer News a few years ago. **What happens to the beads under hard acceleration? **What happens to the beads under Hard Stopping and re-acceleration? **What happens to the beads when there is a heavy spot in the tire that elongates the tire. They certainly don't move to the opposite side. **Have you ever tried to install a tire without tire lube? **Tests prove that there is better results with no beads and no weights than adding the beads. **It is faster and less frustrating using a static balancer than feeding the beads through your valve stem. **If they actually worked, or even worked better, Don't you think they would be the preferred way to balance a wheel? The beads were designed for non-pliable, non high speed rated Tractor Trailer tires which have a square tread design. (Which probably don't matter much anyway). Trailer companies generally do not balance trailer tires. It would be equivalent to balancing an ATV tire or a kids dirt bike tire. Many people want to believe the beads work like a "Magical Goo" spreading themselves amongst the tire and evening everything out. The only basis for this "wish" is the hope of an "easier softer way", instead of learning something new. There should not be any mystery in wheel balancing after kindergarten. It is the same principle as the "Teeter Totter". If two kids of equal weight are on each end they balance. If one kid is fatter, then he sinks to the ground. The fat kid won't lose weight (we've seen that before)so we need to add some weights to the skinny kid's side to get it to balance. It is the same with a wheel and tire on a static balancer. Heavy spot sinks to the bottom. Add weights to the top. Turn it a little and adjust the amount of weight until it will not move on it's own. Pro-Race teams have been using this method for years. It is fast, simple, and perfect. Steve ~Dean S.
I purchased the Standard Balancer a while ago and the balancer has worked great for almost every bike that I've done. Just did a buddies 70 something Triumph, rear was no problem but the front we could not do because it had a drum brake with the axle mounted to it. It would have been great if the balancers bearing beams could have been moved. Either one side or both beams that move would have done the job. By chance is a movable bearing beam balancer in the works? Again great product. Thanks!!! ROB, Actually the axle does come out. It just needs to be unscrewed. The drum brake would mess up your balance results because it is not balanced. The cones center the solid mass in-between them. Rubber bushings and spacers must be removed for accurate readings. ~Rob
Q- Will your bigger balancer work on Car and Truck tires and any chance of doing a video on them? ANSWER: It will balance anything that can fit in it. It is a "Static" balancer. You will not get a "Dynamic" balance from this tool. For wide tires like truck tires you can find the "Average" balance accurately. We Balance Compressor flywheels, grinder heads, wheels, ect. with these balancers. Imagine a bigger wheel and tire in the motorcycle wheel balance video. It is exactly the same. Realize that some automotive wheels DO NOT have an accurate center hole. You will not be successful with this balancer if this is the case. Usually the old stamped wheels. The balancer is very accurate compared to a Dynamic machine. The weight of a "Valve core" can make your tire sink. The large automotive wheels were never intended to achieve that degree of accuracy and are not always made to those tolerances. A small rock stuck in your tire tread would make a huge difference on a static balancer and you would never feel that in your car. ~Matt Fowler
You mentioned that most modern Triumphs (Ducatis, MV's, etc.) require the Large Cone Set. Can you confirm if the standard (included) small cone set works on the front wheel and that an additional Large Cone Set for the rear wheel with single sided swingarm would be the correct fitment for use on a Triumph Speed Triple 1050 (2005-2006)? Thanks. ANSWER: We recommend measuring inside your axle nut to confirm the size you need. We do not chart every motorcycle axle size. We sell 4 sized cones. Tiny ones for oddball scooters and some vintage (8mm shaft), normal size 1/2" -1 1/4"" regular and medium size, and large cone adapter (Cone Pack 6) for all single sided swing arms)Note: GL1800 can be balanced with medium size cones (3/4-1 1/4") If you are running modern sport bikes then you should have the Small and Medium size. Harleys use small. Buell need Medium. Aside from that if you have a question of size, measure your axle nut. You probably don't need to pull the axle out. ~CT
I recieved my tire bars & balancer and you guy's at No-Mar hooked me up. The products that I bought are the best. If you have shirts would you let me know so I can buy some once again THANKS. ~Jim Eppler
Q--Will the cones work with the BMW single sided K bike wheel? A--Sure. That's what they were designed for. We wanted to use all 5/8" rod but had to opt for the 1/2" to fit the K12RS and similiar models. ~Dennis
