I just had to email you to let you know how great I think your No-Mar Tire Changer is. I've been using your product for over a year and a half and it has always been easy to use. Last week I ordered some needed supplies from you and I decided to purchase the Mount/Demount Bar Handle just to give it a try. Well I just completed mounting a new pair of Dunlop Qualifiers on my ZX-12R using the new bar handle attachment and I have to say it doesn't get any better or easier to mount tires on a wheel. It used to take me between 5 to 10 minutes to get a Dunlop rear tire mounted on the wheel. The front tire took about 2 minutes tops. Today while using the bar handle attachment it only took seconds to mount each tire while using less effort. I really didn't think using a handle on the bar would make such a big difference but it does. Good Job on making a great product even better!!
Just as thought I would have to take my bike tire to the shop to have it changed my order arrived. I can't tell you how pleased I am to spend money on a product that works as advertised. I mananged to change my front tire while on a cell phone talking to my girlfriend with the Classic Model not even bolted down. (Dont worry...I wouldn't hold you liable!LOL).
I just want to relay my story to you and Steve. Wednesday night I was less than happy after struggling to get my rear Goldwing tire mounted unsuccessfully for the 2nd evening in a row. I had already used my No-Mar changer on my CBR 1000RR earlier in the summer before I went to Hallet with STLAR and was pleased with it's performance. The Goldwing is an entirely different tire changing experience, and I was convinced Bridgestone had marked my tire incorrectly and it was the wrong size. I am always convinced of this when I change tires on the wing.
I am no stranger to changing my own tires. I had 2 Harbor Freight setups before purchasing the No-Mar and I broke both of them during a GW rear tire mount. With my Jr Pro model, I was not concerned with breaking the machine, but I was still not having the success I had hoped for.
My wife works only a couple of blocks from your shop so I asked her to give you guys a call and find out what I was doing wrong. She said you answered the phone when she called and before she could get much further than saying I was struggling with the wing tire, you got my cell phone number from her and told her someone would call me to come out and show me how to do it properly. When my wife called me and told me this, I was impressed, but still somewhat skeptical.
Within a few minutes, Steve called me and set up an appointment for 7:30 that very evening, even though I know your office hours end well before then. Again I was impressed. When I got home, there were 2 gentlemen waiting for me, and I am horrible with names and do not remember their's, but they were extremely patient and helpful. The mounted my rear tire, going slowly and answering my questions. Then they demounted my tire and made sure I knew how to do that as well. They then proceeded to clean the rim and wipe down all the lube from the tire and mounted it again -- just to make sure I understood and was comfortable with the process. I don't know how long they were at my house, but they were there for however long I needed. There was no rushing and just trying to get out of there, they were genuinely interested in making sure I was 100% satisfied and completely understood the whole process.
All I can say is, wow! You could not purchase better advertising than what you will receive from me. Less than 24 hours later and I am thrilled with my tire changer again. I have already told everyone that cares to listen, what great customer service you offer AFTER the sale. I'd be hard pressed to name another company small or gigantic, that pays this much attention to their customer and their satisfaction.
You guys have a customer for life!
Keep up the good work and you'll have more business than you can handle.
I just ordered the Junior Pro Ultimate kit, and I'm really looking forward to it. I wanted to let you know that besides the fact that the product looks very good, a deciding factor for me was your video training. I've already gone through it, and it's just great. You really differentiate yourselves over the competition with this.
As a teenager (too long ago to think about), I mastered tire changing and mounting with powered equipment, but I wondered how the manual tools would work out. Your videos answered that question very well, and gave me confidence that I will be happy with my purchase. Motorcycle tire changing is a huge hassle - all the things you mention - take the wheels off, drive somewhere, wait for them to get to it, get your new tires and newly scratched rims back. I ride a lot, and seem to have uncannilly bad luck with picking up screws and nails, so it seems like I'm doing this all the time. This was the only missing piece in being able to do it myself, and I'm convinced you have the best solution out there. Cheers,
Once again I want to thank you for the best customer service. I wanted to ask you if you would mind me posting on my BMW site . . . I just want them to know that your company is the only company when it comes to tire changing equipment. We talk about NoMar all the time on the site.
~BruceSteve, I picked up a Jr.Pro last Fri at your Fenton shop. I want to
congradulate you on your employees! They were very helpful, polite and
business-like. Jim showed me around the shop. Seth was especially
helpful w/a hands-on demo for me. I very much enjoyed learning to use my
new machine w/a "Pro" coaching me. As I told my wife (who waited in the car), I was having fun.
Hey Steve,
Just wanted to let you know, I got all the parts for the changer, put it together and mounted it to my workbench. I just finished demounting and remounting a tire for the heck of it. Took me 10 minutes total, you guys sell a fantastic machine. It was completely effortless. I can't believe I have spent so much money over the last 15 years paying people to do this. It's not often I thank someone, when I am the one shelling out the money, but in this case, Thanks!
I placed an order for and received the No Mar Ultimate Package II tire changer with all the accessories. I just wanted to let you know I am 100% pleased with both the machine and the excellent customer service I received.
I have already removed, installed, and balanced my first set of tires and everything worked flawlessly just as described. The DVD and online help videos are great.
After telling several friends & co workers that I got this machine, I know I will have no trouble doing enough work with it to easily pay for the initial investment.
Thanks for providing me with a quality machine at a very reasonable price. I can see that I will be using it for years to come.
Sincerely,
Once again I want to thank you
for the best customer service. I wanted to ask you if you would mind

I won one of your motorcycle wheel balancers at a Red Flag Fund silent auction at Mid-Ohio a few weeks ago. This thing is NICE!
I just wanted to say thanks for the donation. Sincerely,
Hey, this thing works! [Mount/Demount Bar] I've mounted two tires with it so far and as you said, it works exceptionally well. Thanks
~Butch DunlapThe guys are very excited about mounting
tires on your machine. It really is quality.
The new website is great!
Great product!! Not much impresses
me these days.. but your machine did!
I am really pleased with the machine.
Elliott and I practiced the other night and got pretty good at demounting
tires, and were slowly getting better at mounting them.
Now all I need to do is wear out more tires to work the machine for real,
so to speak. Anyway, thanks for the great customer service,
and continued good luck with the biz.
I got the tire changer and put it
together, it took 1/2 hour at most.
Using it after looking at vides even
though I have a touring tire it did not take long.
I love the machine.
I will be getting the balancer and some accessories just to make it that
much easer, for my front tire.
Thanks,
... the machine is made from good quality materials - heavy steel no cheap
stuff. The design is innovative and I hope to get it mounted and changing
tires by this weekend. I have very strong feelings that it will be everything
I hope it will be.
On a side note, I actually have a
friend with a Coats machine who saw this and is now interested in the
retrofit kit for his changer.
I hope to hear from to you soon . . .
Ride safe,
I'm extremely impressed with your tire changer. I think it's an incredibly ingenious product and it will do quite well on the market. But of course, you already know this...
~Jeff Kufalk, www.cbr600rr.comThe tire changer arrived yesterday.
*VERY nice piece of equipment*. I have
been playing with it learning to change tires.
I received our No Mar Tire Changers as promised. We really appreciate being able to combine two units to reduce shipping costs.
I assembled mine and mounted it to the garage floor with the mounting kit you included at no charge...thank you for that! I watched the instructional video before starting to become familiar with the process.
Your DVD is great. Now I only wish I had a DVD player in the garage. Breaking the bead and demounting the tire from my Ducati's relatively fragile Marchesini rear wheel went smoothly. . . . I was installing a Michelin Pilot Road, a stiff wall sport touring tire. But once I had the tire and wheel lubed well and using a smooth, non-stop motion with the mounting bar the tire went right onto the wheel! I'd still be sweating and cussing doing it the old way with tire irons and a milk crate...
I wish I had your machine 10 years ago...it would have paid for itself several times over by now... I am recommending your company to all my riding buddies. Thanks for producing a great product for us motorcyclists!! I'd rank it right up there with the Aerostich riding suit! I really appreciate it.
Here in South Africa we are carrying on as usual...
Our Jr. Pro has already paid for itself as I am kept really busy with the tire changing for our clients. The machine really works well. This hobby has grown quite substantially in the past months, with most of the work being done over weekends.
Love your changer.
. . in the last 18 months I've had 15 tires changed at Cyclegear. I
can see a clear advantage to changing my own.
Funny thing, they always view the wheel and point out the scratches
before I leave it for the new tire......
I always tell them, they should know, as they put them there!
Thanks you for sending us our new
No-Mar Tire changer. As you know here at Fisher Motor Company
we are striving to get our new production bike out into the world.
With your Help we are able to move faster and more efficiently with the
process of building these bikes.
We are very pleased with the No-Mar tire changer and your help with bringing
us
closer to production is greatly appreciated. We are excited about using
the No-Mar in assembling our bikes.
The Classic Model works perfectly for what we are doing here.
We look for ward to doing business with you again.
I thank you again.
So far I have changed over 20 tires
with my new changer. Just wanted to let you know how happy I am with it.
I have yet to damage a wheel, or scratch one. I just mounted some fresh
rubber on my new chrome plated wheels for my FJR. Not a mark anywhere
on the wheels, and the Xtra Hand Clamps are great. If there are any guys siting
on the fence, give them my phone no. I will be happy to tell them how
great this No-Mar Tire Changer is.
Just finished mounting my first set of
tires with my new Classic Model. It worked perfect! I had second thoughts about
spending $800 on the system but I have learned in my 52 years that it doesn't
pay to buy cheap tools.
The things that sold me on your product besides the
scratch proof system were the instructonal video and the Trailer Hitch
Mount bracket. I can store the unit in the corner of the garage and whenever I
want to use it just slide it into the reciver.
Now instead of running my tires till there bald to get every last mile
out of them, I can change them whenever I want, I already saved $230 off what
it would of cost at the dealer on my first set of tires.
Also I ordered the unit on Monday and it was on my doorstep on Wed.
Thanks .
I have the No-Mar Tire Changer, and it
is a pleasure to use. It is a solid machine
that holds wheels securely without scratching them. Breaking the bead,
removing the old tire and mounting a new one are more a matter of finesse
than brute strength. I asked two of my high-mileage friends to split the
cost of the machine three ways. The machine is quickly paying for
itself! Susan and Steve at No-Mar were very helpful with
all of my questions.
F@&K#$G Awesome!
The best tool I have ever bought!
Thank you very much I just
used the mount demount bar what a slick tool!!!!
Thanks again for the great service.
Steve,
Just a brief note to let you know how pleased I am with my Jr Pro Model. I've been using it for about a year now and it's been perfect in every way. I've been using it with all of my motorcycle wheels including the BST carbon fiber wheels, ATV and car/trailer tires. Anyway, the products everything it's billed to be and the videos are very helpful. Best to you and your crew.
Thanks Steve/Seth, I want to compliment you guys on the tire changer. It worked so easy and smooth, exactly as it appears to on your videos. Not even a smudge on the new Marchesini’s!!! Thanks again.
~Brent BlackshawHi Steve, I just got around to changing the first set of tires with my No-Mar Jr Pro [tire changer]. They were very old, very stiff Dunlops, and I just wanted to say what an absolute joy your machine was to use! I would have had an extremely difficult time doing them any other way, and would certainly have put the wheels at great risk of scratching. The No-Mar made it a piece of cake! I'm also glad I got the Jr Pro [over the Classic Model]; the longer bead breaker arm was a big help. I'm not a very big guy, and I had a good bit of my weight on it to break those ancient Dunlops loose! I cant wait to use it on some nice soft sidewall Michelins! Thanks again for a fantastic piece of equipment!
Dear Steve, I purchased your Mount/Demount bar and had fantastic results. I've never been able to mount a motorcycle tire so quickly without a sweat. Problem solved. Thanks,
~Paul KatinasYou have a GREAT product and at a reasonable price. Rarely do I ever feel like I get something of high quality at a good value. This is one of those rare times. I will enjoy mine for many years I am sure. I promote it on all the bike forums I can and wish you all much success.
~Kenneth Waters (tire changer next to his TV ;)Just received the Mount/Demount bar yesterday and have already put it to use. Found a small nail in my rear tire so I whipped out my rim clamp and went at it. Your bar worked like a charm. Much better than the
Mojo lever and it didn't bend!
I Patched my tire and decided against the mount end of the bar and tried out the spoon bars I bought at the Show in Long Beach. Those things are great! Much better than the rim protectors, thin spoons and Irwin clamps that I have been using.
But do you want to know what impressed me the most? That Yellow Thing! It kept the bead from walking around, has no moving parts, and is solid so no parts actually fall inside the tire!! Heck, after I was done, it kept some pesky cat from doing his 'thing' in my front lawn!! You should hype this thing up more!
Thanks again for the bar. You've got good quality products that I will recommend any chance I get. I'm only sorry I didn't purchase these products earlier
Hi Steve,
I just wanted to say thanks for the machine. It arrived in good time and very well packed. As a machinist I'm a bit anal regarding quality in the small details and I just want to say your machine surprised me with the build quality. The use of shoulder bolts and nylocks for the pivots is top notch and the attention to detail and cleanup of your fabrication and welding is excellent. Supplying lube, spare tips and even floor anchors is top notch. I also really like the powdercoat.
It seems possible that a lot of your customers may be the same as me, that is, hindered by a small shop and not changing tires on a regular basis but want the ability to have the luxury of changing them at will where/when the need arises. In my case bolting the pedestal to the floor uses too much valuable space, I made a hanger on which the disassembled machine can hang on the wall. ... I also made up a trailer hitch mount which will be the primary anchor when the machine is used. I think I'll upholster the top of the [stand] and use it for a shop stool as it's too nice to chop up for material. Anyway, that's my two-bits. Thanks again for a top notch product and the best of luck with your future endeavors. BTW, some other local racers are showing interest already.

Hi,
There is presently a thread on the I-BMW discussion group regarding the terrific service your company offers. Maybe you are interested to read about the good things being said!
Here’s the link ...
Regards,
Steve,
Thanks for the help. Do you know you can actually mount a GL1800 rear in about 4 minutes on a No-Mar if you take your head out of your butt. I was using way to much lube and that was letting the spoons slip around to much. Also I was not putting any lube on the blocks so they would not let the tire slide.(what a dumb@$$) Anyway I cleaned the lube off and it went very well. I got plenty of practice breaking the bead and mounting the tire in the [locking blocks]. Did I mention Fantastic [brand cleaner] will take the balance dot off the tire? I learned a few good lessons that I don’t think I will ever forget about mounting motorcycle tires. Thanks for the help and a good quality tire machine. If you ever need to let someone in this area see your Pro model I would be glad to help you out. (I promise I won’t demonstrate how it works LOL)
Have a merry Christmas and thanks again for your help.
Thank you Steve & Sue. Enjoying my new tire changer, works wonderful. I sent you another customer, [name removed]. He hasn`t used his as much yet, but we have. THANKS AGAIN! Steve & Susie & everybody here at SRW BODY WORKS INC.
The No-Mar tire changer that we recently acquired surpasses our expectations. With over 1,200 motorcycles currently housed in the museum, you can imagine the diversity in the style and sizes of wheels and tires that we encounter on a daily basis. We have had 100% success using this piece of equipment, a very valuable asset.
Thank you for a fine product.
The Pro Model arrived and it is anchored to the floor. It has dedicated lighting and compressed air plumbed near by. This is the finest tire changing tool I've used in my 25 year career. Word of mouth will keep this tool busy. If you are interested in this tool, you will not be disapointed. It is a great investment. ~Mark Shively- Ohio Valley
Thanks, Steve The first gig on the Pro Model (see image). Already have the first $100. It will pay for itself in no time. I'm impressed with the Pro model. It's well designed; ease of use, no bending or kneeling to use bead breaker, plenty of leverage on all the attachments and accessories, and everything works well. It takes the labor out of the work. Gentle on powder coat finished rims. I really can't say enough about this fabulous machine. Designed by a user with users in mind. Now that's engineering!
My pet monkey changed his own tires after watching me change one set!
~Blubrick-EbayHi just wanted to thank you for your great machine. I just changed out 4 305/50r20 truck tires. First one took about 15 minutes and the other 3 about 5 min. each. This thing will change any tire I have. Thanks alot...AL
~Al KozickiWe had the pleasure of meeting you guys at the Miller event in Utah and picked up the Classic model - and I must say, all of us at CanyonChasers have been extremely impressed with your tire changer.
Here is our review - we can't say enough good about it! Thanks again!

Hi Steve,
I recently purchased a brand new NoMar Classic Ultimate II from you
and yesterday was the very 1st time I and a friend (that we split the
cost) changed the tires on his BMW R1200R and everything went as
smoothly as seen in your video. Just want to let you know. My friend
was so impressed that he wrote a review on his web site on the same
day:
http://superchunks.org/help/2008/no-mar-classic/index.html
Thanks again for a great product!

THIS IS THE MOST AWESOME TOOL!
I practiced on one of my old Dunlops that I have been meaning to use as a
spare. It has less than 500 miles and a staple hole that I have patched
a couple of times now but I keep missing the hole!). Had a bunch of
trouble with it and was really starting to curse you guys for making it look so
easy. But the Real Tire was as easy as it's supposed to be. Actual
work time was 1.2hrs or thereabouts from taking the wheel off the Wing to
reinstalling it and test ride (with breaks to get drinks, or surmise
the events of the world it was 2.5hrs). I surmise that the old Dunlop is
just too old and not pliable enough now. So I don't think I will be using it as
a spare after all.
Thank you for making such a good quality piece of equipment.

Hi Steve,
I've gotten a lot of complements on the tire changer. The Michelin
race tire dealer that I buy my tires from commended me on the purchase.
Yesterday at the track the Pirelli dealer came over and said basically
the same thing. I met a number of guys at the track that have and swear
by them. BTW, I'm getting the hang of it.
P.S. Oddly enough, tires are easier to change on a 110 degree day at
Thunder Hill! ;o)
Listen about your tire changer (pro version). I just love it. It is very easy to use. I never dreamed I would be changing car tires on it when I purchased it but hey why not. As you know, the car tires are just easier (except the vett). I like having my own equipment so I can control the quality of work that is on my bikes. Having your fine balancers (2) ensures that I can take my time, and balance the wheel to within a eight or a sixteenth of an oz. My friends claim they have never felt their bikes smoother. Great products made in the USA, you can't beat that.
I am a former high school principal who has worked in product design and sales in a school software company for the last 8 years. I've had one bike or another for 44 years. I noticed your ads in several of my motorcycle mags and first saw your changers in action last year in September at Laguna. I brought your CD home with me and watched everything on it several times. I came to your booth at Indi not knowing what to do. Before I heard of you, I had gotten a Harbor Freight changer and had never used it. I didn't want to buy the whole thing over again even though I had a clearly inferior changer, but one that would work at some level.
I watched again at Indi in amazement at how easily your changer worked. The first time at Laguna, I thought that you must be using stretched tires and asked about it. That was my first taste of what kind of people you are and what kind of people you hire. I was very impressed with everyone's straightforward treatment of prospects and with their honesty. I knew then that I would buy something from you. My opinion was based on your products and on my treatment by everyone on your staff.
I called today and spoke with Seth and told him the same thing I am telling you now. I have many years experience in dealing with people as part of my work. I notice and try to learn from my contact with others. I say this only to give credibility to how I feel about your company.
I have never dealt with a company more attuned to its customers. Your CD has just the right blend of credibility and information without being slick or missing anything. Your design and budget for advertising is well thought out and efficient. Your products are great. They are obviously designed by people who work with motorcycle tires for a living and put a great deal of thought into effective tools. You emphasize exactly the areas of concern to all of us. Even your order fulfillment reflects your company's attitude. I got home from Indi Monday afternoon and got my bar and other tools on Friday perfectly packed.
Lastly and most importantly to me, you are honest. There was a probably a 30% chance that I would have bought the whole kit for $ 595.00 last week. Instead of pushing me in that direction, you offered me a smaller solution that made you less money and provided me with what I needed. You might have offered me the bar and the kit for Harbor Freight only after you were sure that I wouldn't get the whole kit. I never felt that way. I felt that you had my interest at heart and that you would make your money eventually by taking good care of all of us. It is so rare for me to feel that way about a company and its employees that I felt compelled to write and make the above observations. I can't remember doing this before.
Thanks again for a great experience.

Well lets see where did I here about you. Sport-Touring.Net or MTF(Motorcycle Touring Forum) would be the answer. Even though I live in Northern Illinois I ride about 20k miles annually. My '99 BMW R1100RT has over 125k miles on it. So I go through a few sets of tires a year and wanted a changer for some time. Purchased a used '04 Aprilia Futura in April and had a local dealership mount a new set tire and they knicked the wheels up ready good. Right now I need to change 4 tires and that is after changes these this year already. So I decised to post on the forums to find the best options. After reading the replys and doing a little reseach myself, I deside this was best for me. When it came down to it the only other option was the cheap Harbor Freight, but many people wrote about getting the No-Mar bar, making the balancer, and this and that. A few posters explained how they started out with a homeaid or Harbor Freight and in the end ended up buying this package from you. Enough said. Well I am not one to screw around and was on the fence for the past few weeks. Needed to feel like I am getting a deal. When I found the ebay auction and that it covered the freight the was the deal I needed. Hell if I would have purchased it two years ago I would be ahead. I figured it this way: 1 tire locally $212 plus $35 to mount/balance, take it there so the cost of gas and time plus 1 day the cycles balances at home. Buy a changer, tires from South West Moto $150 and change it myself. That is a $97 savings that does not include the tax, gas, tire disposal and time. Well you could see where this going.
No I do not need a signature, and thanks for asking. Scott Pfeiffer Stillman Valley, IL 61084
Dear No-Mar and Staff,
I recently made the purchase of your Jr. Pro system along with some extra rims clamps and a yellow thing. This system works great and I believe everyone owning a Motorcycle should have one. You will save yourself alot of headaches for years to come! The staff at No-Mar are also top notch and will do anything to help you and make you happy. I wanna personally thank Steve for all your help in helping me decide which system would work the best for me!
Thanks Alot, A Plus from me..

I received the changer I love it. I can now install the the Michelin Bib Mousse inserts. You know the ones the motorcycle store will sell you but not install them. It is very easy with your changer and you should demonstrate that at the Motorcycle shows. Thanks for your help. Please say hello to my new favorite saleslady Sue. I have now installed the inserts for Baja and flats are hopefully a thing of the past.

Dear Steve,
I wanted to thank you for changing the tire on my Trans Alp.
I also really appreciate the fact that you showed me around your facility.
To say the least, I am impressed by the progress you have made since I last saw you at the old facility! My compliments to you and Sue.
It was inspiring to see your facility and the employment you provide in these difficult times. I've always admired people who can start a business from nothing and make a success of it. To me, you are the true American Heroes.---(May 2009)
Very cool...
~anonymousFirst off, just used your Jr. Pro tire changer on the front wheel of my Ducati Streetfighter. I did the mounting on a BST carbon fiber wheel. Your No-Mar tire changers are worth their weight in gold. Your tire changers are the best, period.
I have your Standard Balancer and it, too, is killer good.
Thanks for your superb products.
Thank God for No-Mar. My buddy who only rides bikes always laments the fact that every time he goes in for a tire change, his rims are scratched.
DEAR STEVE, I WANTED TO THANK YOU FOR THE FREE SHIPPING I RECEIVED ON MY JR. PRO MODEL. I WOULD HAVE TO SAY THE NO MAR TIRE CHANGER IS ONE OF THE BEST TOOLS ANYONE CAN ADD TO THEIR GARAGE. IT IS BUILT EXCEPTIONALY WELL AND THE STAFF STANDS BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT. I SENT A E-MAIL TO STEVE ASKING WHEN THEY MIGHT BE DOING A PROMOTION ON FREE SHIPPING OF THE JR. PRO MODEL. WITHIN A DAY I RECEIVED A E-MAIL BACK FROM HIM STATING IF I CALLED HIM, HE WOULD GIVE ME FREE SHIPPING ON THE JR. PRO MODEL. WOW! CAUSE SHIPPING IS NOT CHEAP. I WAS MORE THAN PLEASED WITH THE REPONSE I GOT AND HOW THEY ALL STRIVE TO PLEASE THE CUSTOMER AND MAKLE THE CUSTOMER COME BACK. I HAVE TOLD ALL MY OTHER MOTORCYCLE BUDDIES ABOUT IT AND NEEDLESS TO SAY I THINK THEY ARE JEALOUS I HAVE ONE. THANKS AGAIN STEVE FOR THE FREE SHIPPING.
~STEVEN RUNYEN- EL CAJON,CAI am a professional motorcycle mechanic and small business owner. I learned how to use the No-Mar tire changing system while on the job. I believe it is by far the best value for the money invested. Power-driven, riduculously costly machines couldn't do a better job. The instructional videos were extremely helpful and just goes to show the wonderful support that No-Mar provides its customers.
